Know its been awhile and its no excuse
Life threw a few detours in my way
And I'm sorry if it seems like you've been ignored
Wanna let you know you're always on my mind
So I can't let you go ghost on me
Next to my son you mean the world to me
Know I gotta do better to show my appreciation
All I ask is that you don't stop believing in me
We've been threw to much to quit right now
You know its always been a long shot
But thats makes it even better
Delayed for awhile but never deterred
Reconnecting with that first love is so fulfilling
